Oleksandr is a notable Ukrainian competition law practitioner. Oleksandr advises clients on complex merger clearances and investigations on unfair competition, abuse of dominance and cartels. He has a strong focus on state aid issues, antitrust litigation and competition compliance. Oleksandr co-chairs the Competition Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (ACC). He also has vast experience of advising clients on issues related to Intellectual Property and Employment.
