Notable Experience

 

  • Provide legal opinion to Catlin Re Switzerland, an AXA Group company, on regulatory and licensing aspects of cross-border reinsurance in relation to the Ukrainian market. 

  • Provided legal advice to Munich RE reinsurance group on portfolio restructuring in Ukraine.

  • Advised a multinational insurance company on the conduction of an internet e-mail marketing campaign in Ukraine.

  • Acted as a counsel to Viatrans, a Swiss subsidiary of the International Road Transport Union, on the acquisition of a minority stake in a Ukrainian private insurance company.
