On 17 May 2019, Volodymyr Yakubovskyy participated in the Southern Corporate Law Forum organized by Ukrainian Bar Association. Volodymyr moderated the panel discussion on the changes in corporate law.
Volodymyr Yakubovskyy noted: "We had a very interesting discussion with colleagues. We considered the history of the LLC law and its goals. We covered main novelties of the law, elaborating on such relevant topics as members agreements, charter update, debt-to-equity conversion, capital inscrease and expulsion of LLC members. Concurring on some challenges of implementation, we agreed to make suggestions on its improvement after generating sufficient practice."
The forum was organized at the highest level gathering a great team of speakers and participants. A beautiful venue overseeing the Black Sea and the sunny weather contributed to a relaxed and warm atmosphere.
