Nobles has advised Dreamgroup Management, an Eastern European hostel operator, on the sale of its hostels in Warsaw, Prague and Bratislava to Safestay plc, a London-based listed company and operator of an international brand of contemporary hostels. The acquisition is estimated at €3.7m. By the acquisition, Safestay increases its network to more than 5,000 beds across 21 hostels, all centrally located in Europe’s leading cities.
The Nobles team was led by partner Volodymyr Yakubovskyy, included counsel Denys Vergeles and junior associate Yuliia Avdeiuk, and assisted by Edoardo Calcatera from LCA Studio Legale (Milan) on the matters of Italian law.
Safestay has been advised by Eversheds Sutherland (Milan) with a team led by partner Riccardo Bianchini Riccardi, senior associate Alessandro Monti and associate Gianludovico Maggi, and assisted by the offices in Bratislava, Prague and Warsaw for local activities.
